Terms & Conditions 

1. Introduction 

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all service provided by Navigate Your Worth ("the Service Provider"). By booking a session or subscribing, you agree to these terms. 

2. Nature of the Service

Navigate Your Worth provides leadership, workplace, and professional advisory support. 

This service does not constitute:

 

  • Legal advice 

  • Clinical, medical, or therapeutic treatment 

  • Representation in employment disputes 

  • Emergency or crisis intervention 

3. Confidentiality 

All information shared is treated as strictly confidential. 

Your information will not be shared with any third party unless: 

  • You provide explicit written consent 

  • Disclosure is required by law (e.g., safeguarding, serious risk of harm)

 

No identifying details about clients are stored publicly or shared with any employer or colleague.  

4. Client Responsibilities 

Clients agree to: 

  • Provide accurate, relevant information to allow effective advice

  • Use the guidance responsibly and within their own organisational policies 

  • Understand that all decisions and actions remain their own responsibility 

  • Seek legal, HR, or clinical support where appropriate 

5. Response Times 

Response times correspond to the subscription tier purchased. 

Response times apply during business hours (Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays). 

Messages received outside business hours may be addressed the next working day. 

6. Payments & Billing 

  • All sessions and subscriptions must be paid in advance 

  • Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled 

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period 

  • No refunds are provided for partially billed periods 

7. Rescheduling & Cancellations (1:1 Sessions) 

  • Sessions may be reschedules within 24 hours' notice 

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full 

8. Limitation of Liability 

Navigate Your Worth is not liable for: ​

  • Decisions made by the client 

  • Employment outcomes 

  • Consequences of actions taken following advice 

  • Loss of income, business, or reputation 

All advice is provided in good faith based on the information you share. 

9. Right to Decline or Discontinue Services 

The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if: 

  • The service is being misused 

  • The situation requires legal or clinical intervention 

  • Boundaries are not respected 

  • The relationship is no longer appropriate or safe 

10. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 

Confidentiality Statement 

Navigate Your Worth provides a strictly confidential advisory service. 

Any information you share - written, verbal, or implied - is kept private and secure. 

I do not communicate with your employer, colleagues, or any third party about your situation. 

The only exceptions are where disclosure is required by law, such as safeguarding concerns, risk of harm, or court orders. 

Your trust is my priority, and confidentiality is the foundation of this service.
